- Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.

- For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Any merchandise returned without an RMA number will be refused and sent back to the customer at customer's own expense. All Products must be returned to with in 7 days of RMA approval. Product must be in its original condition without any scratches or damage in the original manufacture box accompanied by all packaging, manuals, and accessories. Product must be 100% complete with ALL original box(es) and packaging materials, have original UPS codes on the manufacturer's box(es), manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.


  • All Replacements and Exchanges cell phones can be processed only within 14 day period.
  • Apple products are not eligible for return or exchange. Customer may contact Apple to use their warranty if applicable.
  • For accessories, bluetooth, battery etc...... return and exchange policy will be only for 7 days after that no rma will be issued.
  • All returns must be accompanied by your ORIGINAL sales receipt. Product must be in its original condition without any scratches or damage in the original manufacture box accompanied by all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
  • DEFECTIVE items can be returned directly to FUBU within 14 day period of receipt of merchandise.If the defective item is returned in the first 7 day period customer will be exempted from the restocking fee. Defective items returned after 7 day period are subject to 10% restocking fee on the cost of the products, shipping fee is NON REFUNDABLE.
  • All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 15% Penalty.
  • Any returns (Defective, Non-defective returns) not returned in "Like New Condition" including missing the original box, packaging material, contents accessories or manuals are subject to a 15% restocking fee and additional charges may be assessed for Products returned with any missing parts and/or accessories. After 14 day period, all manufacturers’ warranties apply.
  • The Customer pays shipping for all returns to FUBU
  • recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection since FUBU will not be responsible for any damages to the returning shipments.
  • Expected turn-around-time for all exchanges is 4 business days from the day we receive the product back. Although FUBU will strive to process claims within 4-5 business days, shortage of inventory, overload or other special circumstances might delay the process.
  • Please allow 5 business days to process refund.
  • For replacements, ships back to the Customer via Ground service in the continental US.
  • All claims for shortage, manufacturer's defects, or shipment error must be made within the first 3 days of arrival.
  • RMA number must be visible on all return shipment’s label or may be refused and returned back to you. A copy of the invoice must be included in returning package.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • For credits or refunds on returns, the latest prices less shipping/handling charges will apply.
  • Physical damage will void all warranties.
  • Under no condition will cross-ship any item.
  • reserves the right to swap with the equivalent product for all replacements and exchanges in the event is in unable situation to supply with the same products.
  • Return to Seller: 15% restocking fee will be charged, if package is returned back to the seller as non-deliverable, incases such as buyer refused delivery, if wrong address provided by the seller or cancelled order that has been shipped from our warehouse. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • For the “Bring Your Own Device” program, there is no return, refund, or credit for a SIM card purchase or related service.
  • There are no returns, refunds, or credits for monthly service, application download, and other fees.
  • The National Retailer’s Return Policy governs purchases made at a National Retail location.
  • There are no returns, refunds, or credits for any other item not listed above.


  • Before returning any product us, you first MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any returns mailed to us without a pre-approved RMA may be refused without notice and automatically returned.
  • To obtain a RMA, please e-mail us at (request must contain your full name, order number and contact phone number) or call at 1-888-FUBUMOBILE. RMA number once issued is only valid for 5 days only from the date of issuance.
  • Please note you will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the Product for reasons stated above, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. The purchase price (less any applicable open box fees or missing parts fees) will be credited to your credit card account upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition.
  • Promotion Items: All promotion items should be returned with original packaging. Returns received without these items will result in a deduction of advertised price of the promotion item at the time of purchase.


I received a product that is not working properly. How do I return it? 

Defective merchandise, unfortunately, is an inevitability. Fortunately,

  • Discontinued items, Special Order items, and Consumables
  • Items for which manufacturers will not accept returns
  • Items not purchased from
  • Items which have undergone revisions without being assigned a new part number by the manufacturer
  • All returns must have the complete Return Authorization Number (RMA) prominently displayed on the shipping label in order to be received into our warehouse. If the RMA number is not visible, your shipment may be refused. Re-box all returns in appropriate shipping cartons.
  • All original packaging, materials, accessories, manuals and booklets must be returned with the product.
  • Returns are for replacement only. Replacement credit will be issued at the original purchase price or current selling price, whichever is lower.
  • All non-defective items returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • FUBUMOBILE.COM reserves the right to require the purchaser to return the defective goods directly to the manufacturer for replacement.


Damaged box or missing inside shell packaging will incur a 30% restocking fee.
